World Cup Update - RO16 Day 2

2 more teams have confirmed their spots in the Quarterfinals!  France and England move on as group winners continue to dominate in the knockout round.

Game 1 today pitted Group D winners France against Group C runners up Poland.  A match that was scoreless until almost halftime, when Olivier Giroud broke Thierry Henry's French scoring record, as France eventually went on to win 3-1.  France moves on to play England.

Game 2 matched Group B winners England against Group A runners up Senegal.  Although many tipped Senegal to be favored underdogs pre-tournament, Jude Bellingham and co. dispatched them without much ado, to move on to face European rival France in Quarterfinals.
