UEFA Nations League '26-'27

Sup y'all-

UEFA's competition during the mega international break of September / October will be the start of group stage of the next rendition of UEFA Nations League!  We will get 4 matches done, which will be the majority of the group stage.  So by the time players head back to their clubs, they will have a good idea of their country's fate in Nations League.

It's not known exactly how this edition of Nations League will affect larger European Qualifying... but it likely will be linked with Euro 2028 qualifying, and it will affect starting standings for the '28-'29 UEFA Nations League, which will have a role in 2030 UEFA World Cup Qualifying.  So even though the larger results are far off, teams are well served to perform their best in UNL this go around.
